Fans and supporters of President Duterte are in high spirits after the so-called "Iron Fist and Presidential Daughter Inday Mayor Sara Duterte" maintained his lead in the survey.
In our first article last week, a Singapore-based company conducted a survey to gauge the pulse of Filipinos on who they would choose for president and vice president if elections were held today.
The survey results were reported in newspapers, social media, TV and radio, showing that Mayor Sara Duterte is still leading the survey, obtaining 14.6% for president and 17% for vice president, according to Tribune.Net.Ph.
Now, another heartwarming one, especially for Filipinos who have long been hoping for a change in government and not a puppet of the oligarchs. According to the Pulse Asia survey, Mayor Sara Duterte got the highest score, reaching 26%, while Bongbong Marcos followed at 14%.
The survey was conducted in every geographic area in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, where there is a margin or error of plus-or-minus 2 percentage points, estimating that one in four voters would favor Sara Duterte to be the next president if the election were held now.
Grace Poe also got 14%, followed by Isko Moreno who got 12% and second to last was the opposition candidate, Leni Robredo, who got 8%.
