GPS-Guided Smart Bomb Ng 7th Tactical Fighter Squadron, Pinulbos Ang Buong Squad Ng NPA.

 Isang napakahabang labanan na bumuhis ng libu-libong buhay sa pagitan ng sandataang lakas ng bansa at mga kumunistang NPA, na hanggang ngayo'y hindi matuldukan dahil na rin sa participasyon at pakikipagsabwatan ng ilang mga kawani ng gobyerno. Sa column kuha ng isang batikang manunulat ng The Manila Times, na si Rigoberto D. Tiglao, ayon sa kanya, umabot sa mahigit 50,000 (50k) ang napatay ng CPP-NPA at patuloy pa itong pumapatay.

Pero, noong nakaraang araw, isang nakagigimbal na balita ang bumungad pagkatapos hagupitin at pinulbos ng FA-50 Fighter Aircraft ng Philippine Airforce ang buong pulutong (squad) ng mga komunista at teroristang NPA, ayon sa isang kilalang social media (Facebook).

Ayon dito, ang myembro ng 7th Tactical Fighter Squadron (7th TFS) “Bulldogs”  nagsagawa ng ground assault kasunod ang pagbomba galing sa himpapawid sa kampo ng Communist New People's Army (NPA) sa Sultan Kudarat.

Isinagawa ang pag-atake para tuluyan ng matuldukan at lisanin ng mga bandidong grupo ang kanilang pakikibaka laban sa gobyerno.

Sa pakikipanayam kay Defense Sec. Delfin Lorenzana sa nasabing balita, inihayag  nito na hindi pa huli sa kanila na sumuko  “It’s not too late in the day for the CPP/NPA to abandon their armed struggle because they will never succeed as the Filipino people are not swayed by their propaganda and rhetoric,”

“I call upon them to work with the government if what they allege they are fighting for is the welfare and well-being of the Filipinos.”

“Rather, it left a trail of death and destruction all over the country that continues to this day: killings of innocent civilians and government troops, recruitment of young kids to their ranks to fight the government, destruction of properties, and massive extortion of businesses all over the country,”

“They have no reason to celebrate. In fact, they should be ashamed of what they have done to the Filipino people. They continue to champion a discredited and bankrupt ideology that has long been eschewed by former communist countries.”

Sinisiguro ng kalihim na handa diumano ang pamahalaan at hindi ito magtatagumpay dahil hindi na raw naniniwala ang mga Pilipino sa kanilang mga propaganda at magandang pananalita (rhetoric.) 

Dagdag pa ng kalihim, wala silang rason na magdiwang dahil sa kanilang pagsira sa bansa at ang patuloy na patayan sa mga sibilyan at tropa ng pamahalaan, at ang patuloy na pag-recruit ng mga batang kasapi laban sa pamahalaan.

Pero, umaasa sya na makiisa ang mga komunistang NPA sa kanilang panawagan na magbalik-loob sa gobyerno para sa kapakanan, katahimikan at kaunlaran ng mga Pilipino.

Pagkatapos magsagawa ng pag-atake ang mga myembro ng Philippine Army sa dulo ng Sitio Kalumutan, Palimbang, Lebak, Kalamansig, at parte sa bayan ni dating Senator Ninoy Aquino, nakuha ang hindi mga nakilalang katawan  ng mga napaslang na rebelde. Meron ding mga dokumento, 100 bandolier bags, improvised explosive device components, laptop, generators, at mga destroyed firearms.
